The Tomica Point Card is a point collecting card. 1 point for every 100JPY. The card is issue at the 3 Main stores : Tokyo / Osaka / Nagoya. The card can only be used at the shop of issue and its not usable at the other branches. For Example if the card was issued by the Osaka Branch , it can be used to collect points at the Osaka Branch Store only and not at the Tokyo one.
